Sculpt Atelier
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Sculpt Atelier ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Sculpt Atelier is operated by Ilham, Unit 6 Minerva Business Centre, 58–60 Minerva Road, London NW10 6HJ, United Kingdom. For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at ilham@sculptatelier.co.uk.
1. What information we collect
We collect personal information in the following ways:
Information you give us directly. When you fill in a form on our website (for example, to book a discovery call or join our newsletter), we collect the details you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, and phone number, along with anything you choose to tell us about your interest in our training programmes.
Information from advertising platforms. We run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you submit your details through one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you entered with us. This usually includes your name, email address, and phone number. Submitting a lead form is voluntary, and the information transferred to us is only what you provide in that form.
Information from messaging. If you contact us via Instagram Direct, email, WhatsApp, or phone, we keep a record of that correspondence, including your contact details and the content of your messages.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (see section 5).
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Our training programmes are for adults only.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiries and arrange discovery calls
- Provide information about our training programmes, pricing, and availability
- Enrol you onto a course and manage your place, including access to our online study portal
- Send you our newsletter and marketing communications, where you have signed up or otherwise consented
- Follow up on enquiries you have made, including enquiries submitted through Meta lead forms
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising and website
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Legal bases for processing
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you sign up to our newsletter, submit a lead form, or agree to receive marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract — when we process your data to deliver a course or service you have enrolled in, or to take steps at your request before enrolment (such as a discovery call).
- Legitimate interests — when we respond to enquiries, follow up with prospective students, and analyse how our website and advertising perform. We balance these interests against your rights and only proceed where your rights are not overridden.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain records for tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
4. Who we share your information with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that protect your data:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship management and forms platform. Data you submit through forms on our website is processed and stored on this platform.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — for advertising, lead forms, and messaging via Instagram Direct. Meta processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
- Email and communication providers — used to send you newsletters, course information, and replies to your enquiries.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. In particular, we use the Meta Pixel, which allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand the actions people take on our website, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site or interacted with our content on Facebook and Instagram.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and you can control the ads you see from Meta through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it:
- Enquiries and leads — up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which the data is deleted or anonymised unless you have become a student.
- Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Student records — for the duration of your course and mentorship, and afterwards for as long as required for certification, tax, and accounting purposes (typically six years).
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your information (the "right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention requirements
- Restrict or object to our processing of your information, including for direct marketing
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email us at ilham@sculptatelier.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us before approaching the ICO.
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you or deliver our services.
9. Marketing communications
If you have signed up to our newsletter or submitted an enquiry, we may send you emails or messages about our training programmes, availability, student results, and related updates. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at ilham@sculptatelier.co.uk. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications we need to send you as an enrolled student.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top. If we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
